A) Formation of own capital by accumulating shares and savings of the beneficiaries through the formation of co-operative societies / groups consisting of destitute women and men;
B) To enable the beneficiaries to manage their income generating activities and activities of their own organization through cooperative management and other skills development training;
C) Income generating activities among the poor to create employment and income opportunities for them by distributing loans;
D) Involvement of poor women in the process of empowerment and development through increasing income and awareness;
E) Transform the Upazila Financeless Central Cooperative Societies (EBCCCA) into competent and self-sufficient institutions;
F) In the light of the development policy and strategy of the government, self-employment opportunities for the poor, increase in income and poverty alleviation.
