The rural livelihood project under Bangladesh Rural Development Board (BRDB) started its activities in Sadar upazila of Magura district on 24.04.1993. One of the main objectives of the project is to make the rural poor financially self-sufficient through the Upazila Financeless Central Cooperative Society so that after the completion of the project they can continue to use their own capital to disburse loans, train and create their own funds.At the same time, the main objective of this project is to make the government's poverty alleviation efforts successful by sustainably increasing the income of the target population in agriculture and non-agricultural sectors and creating employment.
